About: Light work, Gene Keys, Meditations, etc.
We believe mindfulness should feel easy and welcoming, not stiff or mysterious. That’s why we focus on simple practices you can weave into a busy life—like three-minute breathing pauses, guided audio sessions, and gentle movement you can do right at your desk.

In 2013, I was travelling through Arizona and found myself in Sedona, where I had a very meaningful dream. I woke up with the feeling that something important was about to happen in my life. That very same day, I received an email from one of my friends, in which she told me that she had recently experienced a profound healing with a healer from Sedona, and advised me to meet this person if I ever found myself in Sedona. The email included a telephone number. I rang the number, with a strange feeling that this was somehow connected to my dream. That is how I met my mentor — the incredible healer and lightworker, Thea Ivy. I studied with her and lived in her home for the next three years. By that time, I was already a Reiki master and sound healer, and was on the path to awakening. But it was only there, in Sedona, that my life truly took a very significant turn towards mastering the art of energy healing and finding my own unique style. I became a professional energy healer.
I am a Lightworker. This means that I work with the transmission of light frequencies on the subtle plane to help people discover their inner light and clear the path to understanding who they are. I love helping people understand themselves, tune into the vibrations of their souls, listen to their stories, transform their blockages through light, and assist them in delving into the depths of the mysteries of their incarnations. I do this through past-life regressions, healing meditations, one-to-one coaching, webinars, mystical quests and Gene Keys. But my particular specialty is the cleansing of karmic relationships.
I have created a series of highly practical cleansing meditations, which are a synthesis of my personal energy work techniques, Daoism and the meditation techniques I learnt at the ashram, with the aim of transforming specific, common blockages in the mental and emotional bodies.
I spend half the year in the US, in California, and the other half in India, at the ashram of my spiritual teacher, Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, where I study philosophy, yoga, Indian classical music and meditation.
As one sage said: ‘Awakening is not a single event, but a continuous process.’ I am still growing and learning, constantly striving towards my personal goal in life — full, realised awakening.
